Master SCUBA Diver (MSD) To obtain the level of Master Scuba Diver – MSD (highest nonprofessional level) you need at least 50 logged dives in total and 5 diving specialties. The duration and the cost of this course depend on the prerequisites that the diver needs to complete. Minimum age: 15 years old, Plus RD, plus 5 diving specialties, plus 50 logged dives. * -

The cost and duration of the Master SCUBA Diver course depends on how many logged dives and how many Specialties you already have.

The mentioned duration of each course is included in the price. In case a student needs more days to complete a diving course or specialty, extra charges might apply.

In case a student does not manage to meet the requirements to complete a course, only the cost of the PADI registration fees will be deducted from the total cost of the course.

Scuba Diver Course

The PADI Scuba Diver course is a subset of the PADI Open Water Diver course. If you’re short on time but really want to become a diver, you can complete the PADI Scuba Diver rating in just 2 days! This course is an intermediate step for earning an Open Water Diver certification. In the 2 days of training you will complete 3 sections of theory (use of PADI DVD) and make a combination of confined water dives and open water dives according to the PADI standards.

PADI Scuba Divers are qualified to:

  • Dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters/40 feet.
  • Obtain air fills, rent or purchase scuba equipment and participate in dive activities as long as properly supervised.
  • Continue dive training by completing the PADI Open Water Diver certification and taking certain specialty diver courses.

To enroll in a PADI Scuba Diver course (or Junior Scuba Diver course), you must be 10 years old or older. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. No prior experience with scuba diving is required, but you can try it first through the Discover Scuba Diving program which is the first part of this course.

Open Water Diver (OWD)

If you’ve always wanted to take scuba diving lessons, experience unparalleled adventure and see the world beneath the waves, this is where it starts. Get your scuba diving certification with the PADI Open Water Diver course – the world’s most popular and widely recognized scuba course.

To enroll in a PADI Open Water Diver course or Junior Open Water Diver course, you must be 10 years old or older. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. No prior experience with scuba diving is required. In 3 to 4 days (depending on the ability of the student to meet the standards of this course) you will complete all 5 chapters of theory (use of PADI DVD method) and complete a combination of confined water dives and open water dives. Water Diver course can start any day of the week except Mondays and Fridays and the days we need to complete the course do not need to be consecutive., giving you flexibility to plan your vacations the best possible way.

If you are already a PADI Scuba Diver you can upgrade to Open Water Diver.

If you have active DSD you can continue your training towards the OWD (the total cost of the course will be reduced according to our DSD price).

For those that prefer to avoid spending time in a classroom, there is the option of completing the theoretical part through PADI e-learning method, from the comfort of their home! By affiliating with LEPIA Dive Centre during your registration, you get a full discount on the cost of the course.

Adventure Diver

The Adventure Diver course is a subset of the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course. There’s a long list of scuba adventures you can take part in during this program (including wreck dive, night dive, boat dive, cavern dive etc.). Complete three Adventure Dives and you earn the Adventure Diver certification.

Each Adventure Dive can be credited toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver Course.

PADI (Junior) Open Water Divers who are at least 10 years old and want to take the next step should enroll in an Adventure Diver course. To participate in this course you must already have the Open water Diver level or equivalent certification and you need to be in good physical health.

Advance Open Water Diver (AOWD)

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed to advance your diving and you can start right after earning your PADI Open Water Diver certification! The course helps build confidence and expand your scuba skills through different Adventure Dives.

During this course you will participate in a Deep dive, in a Navigation dive (required dives) and 3 adventure dives from a long list that includes boat dive, wreck dive, cavern dive, night dive (with no additional cost!). Each Adventure Dive may credit toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver Course.

PADI (Junior) Open Water Divers who are at least 12 years old are ready to step up and enroll in an Advanced Open Water Diver course. Young divers may only participate in certain Adventures Dives.

If you’re already an Adventure Diver, you only need to complete two more Adventure Dives to upgrade to Advanced Open Water Diver certification!

Make sure you take a look at our training packages that combine the AOWD course with one or more specialties such as enriched Air diver, boat diver etc.

Emergency First Response (EFR)

Emergency First Response training focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers and increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. Course participants learn simple to follow steps for emergency care and practice applying skills in a non-stressful learning environment.

All courses are supported by self-study manuals, videos and quick reference cards to enhance learning and allow you start learning right away. In this course you will learn Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid).

This course is theoretical and does not include dives. EFR course meets the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course. Take advantage of our Package Deals and combine EFR with your Rescue Diver course!

Rescue Diver (RD)

The PADI Rescue Diver course is the most challenging, yet most rewarding course. You learn to prevent and manage problems in the water, and become more confident in your skills as a diver, knowing that you can help others if needed.

During the course, you learn to become a better buddy by practicing problem solving skills. This course is just fun – it’s serious, but still allows for lots of laughter in between the focused learning! The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using a variety of techniques. Through knowledge development and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond. During rescue scenarios, you put into practice your knowledge and skills.

PADI (Junior) Advance Divers may enroll in a Rescue Diver course. You also need to have Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training within the past 24 months. You can complete this training during the Rescue Diver course. Take advantage of our Package Deal for both courses!

For the Rescue Diver Course you also have the option of PADI e-learning method. By enrolling in this method, you complete the theoretical part beforehand and so you can skip the classroom hours during your vacation. By affiliating with us during your e-learning, you get a discount since the theoretical part will be already completed.

Master Scuba Diver Rating (MSD)

Master scuba diver is a recognition of your diving achievements! It’s the heist non-professional / recreational rate you can achieve. Once you hold the rescue course, 5 specialties and have 50 logged dives you may apply for MSD.

Together we will choose the Diving Specialties you prefer to complete from our list and tailor a package deal that will lead you to join the best of the best in recreational scuba diving.

The Master Scuba Diver rating places you in an elite group of respected divers who have earned this rating through both significant experience and scuba training.

Every diver, who is at least 15 years old, should aim for Master Scuba Diver.
